If You are booking more than 6 months prior tour departure or motorcycle rental pick up, you receive the popular Reuthers 3% Just in Time Discount.

For payments by bank transfer there is another 2% Bank Transfer Discount (we prefer giving it to You!).

Please note:
For Your benefits payment MUST be in den currency the tour price / rental price is quoted.

Booking Steps:
1. Please fill out one of the Registration Forms including all details and by using the normal price.
2. Send your Registration Online or by Telefax (easy to read) to us.
3. When making a Registration, a 10% Deposit payment from the normal price is due.
4. After having received your Deposit payment, we send a booking confirmation by eMail showing your Deposit and Discount/s which reduce/s your balance. The payment of balance is due 90 days prior tourstart for tours and 60 days prior pick up for rentals. For all travel bookings we also send the Reuthers SecuredPaymentCertificate (Sicherungsschein), a legal document. This document of the HanseMerkur Reiseversicherung AG, Germany, secures your payments to us.
