Travel Cancellation Insurance (TCI) *
We will pay to you the contractually agreed cancellation charges or the additional costs for the outward journey if the start of the trip is delayed in case of cancellation for insured reasons, e.g. serious injury resulting from an accident and unexpected serious illness, loss of job on account of an unexpected company-related termination of employment.

If the trip has to be cancelled, we refund the additional agency charges incurred from the travel agent. Insured sum is based on the rate booked.

Curtailment Insurance *
If the trip has to be curtailed, interrupted or extended for an insured reason, we will pay, e.g. additional return travel costs, the proportionate trip price for unused travel services, the additional costs of the extended stay. Insured sum is based on the rate booked.

Travel Medical Insurance *
with Medical Emergency Assistance. In the case of illness or accident we will pay the costs (or the organisation) for treatments necessary abroad, medically appropriate medical evacuation. Our Emergency Call Centre can be contacted 24 hours a day for emergencies.

All-round Carefree Service
Our Emergency Call Centre will provide you with assistance 24 hours a day, e.g. for rebookings, stopping credit cards and EC cards, organizing a personal message.

Baggage Insurance *
We will replace the current value of your baggage if baggage is damaged or lost. Insured sums:
per person EUR 2,000
per family EUR 4,000

Cover for Delay *
We will replace the additional costs, e.g. the outward and return journey up to EUR 1,500, because of delays in public transport; for necessary replacement purchases up to EUR 250 if unaccompanied baggage is delayed.

- immunisation intolerance
- pregnancy
- breakage of a prosthesis and loosening of implanted joints
